Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders, placed today by 12 pm, within next working day, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after this time will be treated next day order and will be dispatched the day after tomorrow (working day).

All orders received over the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

For delivery in the UK, we use UPS & Royal Mail. We always use a tracked service so you can follow your parcels journey.
If your order is £200.00 or more (UK Only), you will qualify for free Tracked 72-96 hours delivery.

Our delivery options are:

UPS / Royal Mail 72 – 96 hours delivery.  £7.99
Delivery aim: 3-4 working days.

UPS / Royal Mail 24-48 hours delivery  £9.99
Delivery aim: 1-2 working days

If you have qualified for free delivery you will also have the option to upgrade to Tracked 24-48 hours delivery  for £3.00

UPS / Royal Mail Special Delivery £14.99

Delivery: Next working day

Please keep in mind when choosing tracked 24-48 hours,  that the majority of parcels are delivered within 1 working day, but this is not something that UPS / Royal Mail can guarantee. The only service with guaranteed next-day delivery is UPS / Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number. You can follow your parcel using this number on royalmail.com/track-youritem
